Our story started in 2012 as an Etsy shop, operating out of a garage with just a few sewing machines and a handful of skilled artisans.We never imagined that a small Etsy shop could grow in just a few years to have over 100,000 loyal followers and so many enthusiasts recommending us to their girlfriends. AMAZING customer service. We had a very complicated order. She reached out multiple times to clarify and progress the order. Also seller reached out to hold individual orders which were girls from my bridal party in order to create dresses at the same time the bulk order was made so as to ensure the fabric came from the same spool of velvet. Amazing quality, long.....but to be expected. Very fair price. Cannot stress the convenience it was to have RenzRags understand my order as a whole (different order times, different shipping locations, holding single orders then adding to the bulk order at later point) and attend to each detail of order like she was making these gowns for her own daughter. Beautiful work.
This company was a dream to work with! I desperately wanted velvet dresses for my bridesmaids, but could not bring myself to have the girls pay $300+ for a dress they could potentially wear once. Enter RenzBridal. They had an incredible selection of styles to choose from, and they made getting sizing from the girls a seamless process. They were incredibly responsive throughout the purchasing process where I had 1000 questions, and when the dresses arrived, the quality of the craftsmanship was nearly identical to those other expensive velvet dresses. When I encountered a small issue with one of the dresses, the team was understanding and super communicative which I really appreciated. Each dress required minimal alterations from the girls, and they looked stunning against our fall backdrop for our minimony. I am so glad that they'll be able to wear the dresses again next year when we have our bigger celebration, and I am certain I will be shopping at RenzBridal for dresses for myself in the future.

We chose 5 different styles in two colors- English rose and peach. Fabric tends to cling, so choosing the right style really makes a difference.
Love, love, love this dress! The dress is exactly as pictured and I followed their sizing guide and got a perfectly fitted dress! The quality is superb; looks and feels like a more expensive dress!
