Wrong dress sent :(
The dress was beautifully constructed and arrived very fast. The fit was very off though. I had to spend $90 to get it altered and will be doing a fitting as well since the tailor said there's a lot of dramatic changes. It was very loose everywhere: the bicep, waist, and hips. I work as a designer with sewing experience so I know the measurements couldn't have been off by 4-6" all around the hips.
Customer service was great and answered all my questions promptly before I ordered. I wish I took a photo of my first fitting with the tailor to show how large it was on me but all in all, after the alterations, I'm sure the dress will be beautiful.
I wore this as my wedding dress in the wine red color and it was phenomenal! Came in the exact measurements that I sent (which turned out to be a little loose in the armpit region but that was MY bad, so be careful with the measurements you send). I received no end of compliments on it. Sleek and comfortable! High quality materials, not an itch or a pulled string anywhere. Like everyone else, I was super nervous about buying online, but it was so so worth the risk!
Customer service was excellent. Ordered a dress for my wedding reception and it was gorgeous! I was concerned about delivery time, as I was getting it shipped to Japan, but they assured me that my dress would arrive on time and gave me an accurate shipping date. Thank you for a great customer experience!
