Our story started in 2012 as an Etsy shop, operating out of a garage with just a few sewing machines and a handful of skilled artisans.We never imagined that a small Etsy shop could grow in just a few years to have over 100,000 loyal followers and so many enthusiasts recommending us to their girlfriends. It's been amazing to see how word-of-mouth recommendations have allowed us to grow without having to spend a ton on advertising costs, and we're grateful to all of our customers who've helped us along the way. I got one of their dresses and asked for it to be made black. I sent in my measurements and accidentally messed up one of them and they kindly messaged to ask for that measurement. Even though I made a mistake they caught it thank goodness. The dress arrive insanely quick and is absolutely perfect! They dyed the mesh and lace and it looks fantastic. The dress fit extremely well. The ONLY (not even an issue really) thing was the zipper at one part won’t zip up without help from someone clutching the top of the zipper and then zipping. I don’t know about dresses but I’ve had it happen before so it might just be how dresses are. I’m not worried about it! If I ever need to dress up for anything I will definitely order again. Thank you ladies for everything I am so happy to walk down the aisle in my dress!!!
I can’t even begin to tell you all HOW AMAZING the Renz team is. They literally saved my wedding! I was a serious annoying customer, the “my wedding was moved up 3 months please help me” type of annoying.. and omg did they go above and beyond for me. Sheena, Jen and Donna I am so thankful. Extremely thankful, there are no words. Aside from the rushed shipping, my dress looks/is spectacular! This has been my 3rd dress from Renz and i encourage everyone to purchase with them. It was absolutely gorgeous. It needs a few alterations, but was still beautiful during the try on.
